**As of November 3, 2025, This project is currently being withdrawn from the bidding process. No definite date for the rebid.** Ingham County seeks proposals from Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) prequalified contractors to enter into a contract for the rehabilitation of Miles Drive and Hamilton Street between Lambeth Way and Enfield Drive in Delhi Township, Ingham County. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, full-depth removal of existing HMA pavement, installation of underdrain including sewer structure taps, spot curb replacement, ADA sidewalk ramp installation, and repaving of the roadway. Refer to the plans and technical specifications for complete project requirements. The County's terms and conditions shall prevail if any terms and conditions differ from the RFP. Additional supplemental information includes technical specifications, a fillable bid form/cost form (Excel spreadsheet), and wage determination. Question Deadline 10/13/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Any explanation desired by a Proposer regarding the meaning or interpretation of this RFP and attachments must be requested only to the Ingham County Purchasing Department, at questions@ingham.org. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
