Ingham County (herein referred to as "County") solicits proposals from MDOT prequalified and experienced engineering firms for the purpose of entering into a contract to provide 2026, 2027, and 2028 As-Needed Construction Inspection and Supervision Services for construction projects. Generally, the inspection and supervision services are to include as needed full-time or part-time staffing to perform field and/or office construction technician services normally associated with the inspection and supervision of Ingham County Road Department federal-aid road and/or bridge construction projects, as well as, non-federal aid projects within the public road rights-of way in Ingham County, Michigan Question Deadline 11/07/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Event RFP note: If we are unavailable please leave a message and include, your name, phone number, email and "Packet #141-25: 2026-2028 As-Needed Construction Inspection and Supervision Services" Any preprinted contract forms the vendor proposes to include as part of the contract resulting from this solicitation must be submitted as part of the proposal. The County reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part any form contract submitted by a proposer and/or to require that amendments be made thereto, or that an agreement drafted by the County be utilized.
