Overview: Ingham ISD is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive waste management services. Our primary goal is to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible collection, transportation, disposal, and recycling of waste across our campuses. While not required, Ingham ISD is interested in vendors who can bring forward innovative ideas or approaches that may improve cost savings, efficiency, sustainability, or educational opportunities for our students. Vendors are encouraged to highlight any creative solutions they can offer, but proposals that focus solely on meeting the core service requirements will also be fully considered. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform waste collection, transportation, and disposal services for Ingham ISD. The Contractor shall provide recycling collection services for all three buildings at the Ingham ISD campus location: _ TEC Administration building, 2630 West Howell Road, Mason, MI 48854 _ Heartwood School, 625 Hagadorn Road, Mason, MI 48854 _ Wilson Talent Center, 611 Hagadorn Road, Mason, MI 48854 _ Questions Deadline (must be via email to purchasing@inghamisd.org): October 20, 2025 at 5:00 pm EST _ Answers due to vendors: October 23, 2025 at 5:00 pm EST _ Estimated Award Date: November 11, 2025 _ Include: o Attachment A - Proposal Certification and Vendor Information o Attachment B - Iran Affidavit o Attachment C - Familial Disclosure Container specifications: _ All containers shall be in good condition, clean, and free of odors _ Containers shall be clearly labeled to indicate the type of waste to be deposited _ Containers shall have functioning lids and be leak-proof _ Containers shall comply with all safety standards and regulations _ Container sizes shall range from 2-yard to 8-yard dumpsters, and 20-yard to 40-yard roll-off containers
