Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Wethersfield, Connecticut. Working plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.
As of 10/24/2025 the project has been placed on hold effective immediately, pending finalization of detailed architectural drawings. The Town of Wethersfield is accepting bids for COVE WAREHOUSE HISTORIC RESTORATION SERVICES. All proposals must be submitted on forms and in accordance with specifications supplied by the Town of Wethersfield, Purchasing Office, 505 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, CT 06109. Specification packages may be downloaded at: wethersfieldct.gov/332/Current-Open-Bids-Bid-Results. Questions about this RFP must be directed, in writing, to the Finance Department, by email at purchasing@wethersfieldct.gov no later than October 21, 2025 at 12:00 p.m Responses to questions will be provided on the Town website no later than October 24, 2025.
