Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Windfall, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
The proposed construction will include existing bridge removal, construction of a new side by side prestressed concrete box beam bridge with an asphalt overlay and a waterproofing membrane, limited approach roadway reconstruction; and all incidental work required, as more fully specified in the Contract Document and Plans. The Contractor shall have all work completed and ready for acceptance no later than May 21st, 2026
