JE Dunn is soliciting proposals for Precast Concrete and Elevators for the SAT Terminal C Parking Garage as part of a Design-Build project. The bid documents are conceptual, and bidders should use their experience to provide pricing for a complete scope, anticipating all necessary work items, even if not specifically shown. Bidders' experience in fast-track Design-Build projects is important for selection. Successful partners will provide Design-Assist input to complete the design. Precast proposals should include six elevated precast decks with exit ramps outside the main structure and seven precast exit stairs, furnished and erected. Elevator proposals should include four exterior-grade elevators (4,000 lb capacity, nominal cab size 7'-8" x 5'-8", seven stops, doors on front and back). An additive alternate is requested for additional structural capacity at the top floor elevated deck for potential future eVTOL aircraft use.
