Pool Renovation Project Lease-Leaseback Contract Notice is hereby given that the Porterville Unified School District (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") will receive sealed proposals prior to the date and time stated below for the Porterville Unified School District Pool Renovation Project lease-leaseback contract. The architect's contact for questions or RFI's is Manuel Acosta at manuel@mangini.us The lowest proposed lump sum price or fee shall be determined from the proposed base lump sum price or fee. This Contract is subject to prequalification. See the RFPQ for details. Porterville USD provides a web-based process for submitting prequalification information. Refer to Owner's website for additional information on prequalification through Quality Bidders. If a bidder is already pre-qualified with the Owner through Quality Bidders, additional prequalification is not required. As detailed in the Contract Documents, the successful proposing entity will be required to furnish a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Sublease Amount, and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Sublease Amount. Proposals must be accompanied by a proposal bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base proposal and made payable to the Owner, as detailed in the Contract Documents.
