The project includes removal and replacement of existing high-pressure laminate (HPL) finishes on the dais, half-walls, and staff boxes; removal of the existing Clerk's countertop; fabrication and installation of new brushed stainless-steel letters spelling 'E PLURIBUS UNUM'; removal of existing wallpaper and installation of new City-selected wallpaper; and fabrication and installation of a new heightadjustable podium that matches the installed HPL finish.
