The selected contractor shall demolish all structural components including base, porches, and upper story; remove all debris, vegetation, and hazardous materials from the site; cap/terminate utilities per code and coordinate with utility providers; grade and stabilize the site post-demolition; and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations including Etowah Municipal Code 155. Please include the following in your quotation: company name, contact information, and license number; itemized cost breakdown (labor, equipment, disposal, etc.); estimated start and completion dates; proof of insurance and bonding; references for similar municipal demolition projects; Title VI Certification; Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Verification; compliance with Iran Divestment Act Certification.
