Description: Request for Proposals (RFP) Cleaning Services for Municipal Facilities City of Etowah, Tennessee Introduction The City of Etowah is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or companies to provide cleaning services for designated municipal facilities. scope of Services. The selected contractor will be responsible for: A. City Hall o Biweekly cleaning outside business hours o Tasks include: o Dusting, vacuuming, mopping o Restroom sanitation o Trash removal o Surface disinfecting o Kitchen cleaning: wipe down counters, sanitize sinks and appliances, remove trash, and mop floors o Quarterly refrigerator cleaning: empty and sanitize interior, wipe down exterior, and discard expired items (with staff coordination). B. Police Department o Biweekly cleaning outside business hours o Must occur on the same day as City Hall cleaning o Tasks include: restroom sanitation, lobby and office cleaning, trash removal, and surface disinfecting C. Library (Future Addition) o Cleaning schedule and scope to be finalized prior to facility opening. o Anticipated inclusion in biweekly rotation.
