Reference Number 0000412313 Bid Intent Not Available Purchase Type Duration: 6 months The City of Etowah, Tennessee ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms ("Contractor") to provide comprehensive management and operational services for the Etowah City Pool (Frank & Maggie Choate Community Swimming Facility). The goal of this RFP is to secure a Contractor who can ensure the safe, efficient, and customer-oriented operation of the City Pool for the upcoming swimming season. Questions regarding this RFP may be submitted in writing to citymanager@cityofetowahtn.com Answers will be shared with all known RFP recipients. Contract Term. The initial contract term shall be for one (1) swimming season, with the option for the City to renew annually for up to three (3) additional seasons based on performance a,nd mutual agreement. Reservation of Rights. The City reserves the right to: o Reject any or all proposals o Waive informalities or irregularities o Request additional information from any proposer o Award the contract in the best interest of the City
