Engineering Consulting Services on various sewer tasks for the Town of Collins. The services include, but are not limited to, the evaluation of privately owned septic systems throughout the Town to determine the technical and financial feasibility of creating a public sanitary sewer system for Town residents, with the goal of constructing such a system in selected areas. The selected engineer(s) would also be available to assist Town personnel with various engineering tasks and questions as needed. Tasks may include study, design, bid, administration, and project close-out as necessary. The consultant must be a licensed engineering firm in the State of New York. Proposals should be marked as “REQUEST FOR ENGINEERING QUALIFICATIONS – TOWN OF COLLINS” and may be submitted electronically as a PDF or as four bound copies via mail. Minority-owned Business Enterprises, Woman-owned Business Enterprises, and Section 3 Firms are encouraged to submit qualifications. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
