Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Collins, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a 11,500-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes construction of a street side parking lot and installation of stormwater drainage improvements at the Collins Town Park (14150 School Street). The paving area is nominally 22 ft x 500 ft, estimated at 11,500 SF or 1280 SY. Drainage improvements involve installing a single catch basin with 10.5 ft of 12" SICPP and a riser to an existing catch basin. The contract includes installation of 155 LF of curb and two alternatives for removing gravel from approximately 250 LF of existing 12" SICPP. All bids mailed or hand-delivered must be directed to Becky Jo Summers, Town Clerk, in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Town of Collins, Town Park Street Parking." Failure to follow these instructions could result in rejection of the proposal.
