Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Big Spring, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, material, transportation, and supervision to replace the existing fire alarm system with a new system in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), specifications, and drawings. The project requires coordinated phasing to ensure efficient construction while minimizing disruption to staff operations and patient care. Emergency egress and access to equipment in the plant must be maintained throughout the construction period. This is a turnkey project with a duration of 85 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Only certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractors verified and visible in the SBA database are eligible to submit quotes. Location: West Texas Veterans Administration Healthcare System, 300 Veterans Blvd, Big Spring, TX 79720 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
