Site work and new construction of a power facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,000-square-foot, two-story above grade power facility; and for site work for a power facility.

Colorado Springs Utilities ("Utilities") is requesting proposals from qualified Respondents with demonstrated experience in Design-Build services for the design and construction of a premanufactured steel building; to be coordinated with Utilities and Power Plant Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) Contractor. The selected Respondent ("CONTRACTOR") will perform the work described in this Exhibit A. The power plant will require a control building for Utilities staff to operate the plant and perform necessary maintenance on plant equipment. The control building will require a maintenance shop, control room, communications room, 2 offices, 2 restrooms, mechanical mezzanine and break area. The control building is to be constructed simultaneously with the construction of the Horizon Power Plant. Design Build contractor to design, procure, and construct the new control building. Including engineering services, design documents, assistance with building and planning departments, acquire the materials, construction and construction administration services.
