Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cedar Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.

The purpose is to obtain proposals from qualified contractors to provide a comprehensive installation for the Cedar Springs Public Schools Filter First Replacement Installation. Contractors are required to apply and pay for any needed permits, remove existing fixtures, install new fixtures with necessary trim, and handle all necessary supply, sanitary, and vent piping from the existing fixture removal. Contractors are responsible for daily clean-up and off-site disposal of all debris and removed water fountains. Work is to be performed at multiple district locations: Cedar Springs High School, Cedar Springs Middle School, Cedar View Elementary, Cedar Trails Elementary, and the Red Hawk - District Administration/Early Childhood building. All proposals must be sealed and submitted on provided forms, signed by an authorized member of the contractor's firm, and must include detailed evidence of similar work, a list of exceptions or special considerations, proof of insurance, regulatory compliance, and completed forms as specified in the proposal requirements. No oral, fax, or emailed proposals will be accepted; late proposals will be returned unopened. All communication for clarification must be via email as specified, and contractors are responsible for acknowledging all addenda received. Proposals are irrevocable for a period of ninety days after the due date, and the District reserves the right to accept or reject proposals at its discretion, and to waive irregularities or award to other than the low bidder.
