C. Project Timeline: Contractors shall provide o Proposed project schedule including key milestones, shutdown windows, and system commissioning date(s). o Contract must be completed by September 30, 2026 o Identification of any lead-time risks for materials or equipment. o Coordination schedule with the generator installation contractor. D. Proposal Requirements: The response to this RFP must include the following three (3) separate documents: 1. Firm Profile and Experience 2. Project Approach 3. Pricing Form (Appendix A) Firm Profile and Experience: This document should include the following: o Firm background. o Evidence of experience with 15kV class MV systems or equivalent. o Proof of successful completion or modification of three or more MV transformer or MV loop installations. o Copies of relevant licenses, safety certifications, and insurance coverage. o Description of team qualifications and roles for this project, including engineering personnel. Project Approach: Proposers shall include the following information demonstrating their understanding of the project and proposed execution strategy: o Detailed project approach and execution plan o Proposed project schedule o Safety plan and job hazard analysis (JHA) o Warranty terms o List of required owner furnished items (if any)
