Renovation of a military facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Dam Neck Activity requires electrical installation services in accordance with the Statement of Work. The effort involves the installation of electrical and electronic equipment components, and vendors must be available for a mandatory site visit scheduled for 01 October 2025 between 0900-1100. Vendors must notify the contracting officer by 25 September 2025 at 10:00 AM EST to attend and complete necessary paperwork for base access. The material provided must be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant, and the contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13 as a firm fixed price order. Offerors must submit documentation verifying authorized reseller/distributor status from the OEM, historical data, and published pricing. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All responsible offerors must be registered in SAM and submit their quote by 08 October 2025, 12:00 PM EST.
