Licensed contractors are sought to provide Design/Build Services for the renovation and modernization of government-furnished staff quarters across three separate projects. The scope includes refurbishing interiors and exteriors, correcting building code deficiencies, and upgrading associated utility systems. Contractors must supply all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, insurance, and transportation necessary to complete the major repairs and improvements outlined in the Statement of Work. Each project--Project 1 (Mariano Lake, Crownpoint, and Pueblo Pintado), Project 2 (Jeehdeez'a and Kayenta), and Project 3 (Tuba City and Greyhills Academy)--will be evaluated and awarded separately under a single solicitation to ensure efficient resource use and project success.
