Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Hartland, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Furnish all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of one 124,000 gallon water storage tank and one 38,000 gallon water storage tank, including demolition of the existing Upper and Lower Maysel tanks, site clearing and grading, tank foundation, fencing, valve vault, 240 LF of 6" water line, connections, tank access roads, rip rap ditches, telemetry, video-taping, and all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the plans and specifications. Bid security must be furnished as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. For requirements on bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders. All bidders must fully comply with contract document requirements for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation and make good faith efforts to subcontract a portion of the contract to disadvantaged businesses, following six good faith efforts as outlined in 40 CFR 31.36(e). All iron and steel products used must be produced in the United States, with applicable waivers. Bidders must comply with relevant federal and state wage, labor, and licensing requirements.
