Bid forms, contracts, and specifications can be obtained from Remington & Vernick Engineers upon payment of $50.00 per set. No bids are to be picked up at the engineer's or municipal offices; all payments must be received before obtaining specifications. Bids must be submitted on the prepared form, sealed, and clearly labeled with the bidder's details and the specific project. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of at least 10% (not exceeding $20,000) of the bid amount, and a certificate from a surety company guaranteeing a completion bond.
