The work for the Tree Streets Water Improvement Project will be performed on Larch, Maple, Spruce, & Pine Street in the Township of Saddle Brook New Jersey. The proposed improvements consist of the extending the existing 6 dead end water mains on Larch, Maple, Spruce & Pine Streets and connecting to the existing 6 water main on Schepis Avenue. Additionally, if and where directed the replacement of lead service lines (from curb stop to water meter) will be performed as per the direction of Saddle Brook and the engineer. Every request for such interpretation should be made in writing, addressed to the Engineer, and to be given consideration, must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the final date fixed for receiving bids. The successful bidder will only execute a contract once the necessary funds and permits are secured by the Township.
