A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Fulton County Schools is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to provide Construction Services for Elkins Pointe Middle School Renovations located at 11290 Elkins Road, Roswell, GA. Specific duties are described in Section 00700 - General Conditions and in Section 001149 - Project Summary & Directory. All proposals must be received by the specified deadline and must consist of one original, four copies, and a flash drive. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the offeror's name, complete address, and the proposal number. The outside of the envelope must also indicate if it is a "No Proposal". Faxed responses will not be accepted. Offerors are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary proposal documents, including addenda, and must use a complete set of documents when preparing their proposal. Obtain proposal documents from PBK Architects, 525 East Taylor Street, Griffin, GA 30223. The omission of any document does not relieve the offeror from obligations regarding the proposal or contract. Questions must be directed to the specified contact and received by the stated deadline. There will be a pre-proposal conference at the school, and this is the only scheduled site visit before proposals are due.
