Fairfield Junior High 10 Tier Retractable Bleachers Reference Number 0000400802 Davis School District is requesting bids for the addition of 10 Tier retractable bleachers in the GYM at Fairfield Junior High School. Question Deadline 10/10/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the bid total must accompany each bid. The check must be payable to Davis School District and received by the Purchasing Department before the bid deadline. Performance and Payment Bonds: If the awarded contract exceeds $50,000, the successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with Utah Code 53E-3-703. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive minor irregularities. The Board has final approval on award decisions in the best interest of the District. Provide and install a telescoping bleacher system in the Fairfield Junior High School gymnasium. The system must meet or exceed the performance, safety, and functional standards of Hussey Maxam bleachers.
