This solicitation is Stage II: Invitation to Bid of a multistage selection process for construction services. Only contractors short listed by the selection committee during the Stage I: Request for Proposals process for this project are invited to bid during this stage. The project is for construction renovation services for the campus support services located on the second floor of the main campus services building. All project related requests for information, clarifications, and questions must be submitted via the specified website according to the solicitation schedule. Any interpretations of the proposed documents will only be made by addenda posted on the designated website. Product approvals for alternatives to proprietary products specified in the contract documents must be submitted for written approval by the A/E prior to the deadline for the final addendum, unless the descriptive material is non-restrictive, in which case compatible products will be accepted without prior approval. Bids and bid bonds must be submitted through the designated website by the specified deadline. Failure to submit bids before the deadline will result in non-consideration. The bid bond must be submitted on the specified form in the amount of 5% of the bid, and failure to provide this bond will render the bid nonresponsive and may disqualify the contractor from the selection process.
