Kaysville Parks and Recreation seeks to engage a qualified design-build firm to provide professional design and construction services for a new public skatepark. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: o Community-engaged skatepark design in coordination with City staff and the local skate community o Design and construction of a professionally designed, concrete skatepark o Skate elements and features determined through the design process o Full coordination of design, permitting, construction, and closeout services The anticipated project location is Barnes Park. The Design-Build Contractor shall be responsible for both the adequacy of the design and the proper construction of the project in accordance with all applicable codes, professional standards, and industry best practices. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for jobsite safety and for compliance with all applicable OSHA and safety regulations during construction. The selected firm shall provide sufficient documentation to clearly define all services and deliverables included within the scope of work.
