Reference Number 0000304163 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/20 12:00:00 PM CDT Snowplowing of road surfaces on various Provincial Roads (PR) in the Rural Municipalities of Prairie View, Hamiota, Oakview and Minto Odanah. The work period will commence on approximately November 1, 2025 and conclude on approximately March 31, 2026, on every day with no days of rest. Work Performance During Standard Snowplowing Operations, the Contractor Shall Complete at Minimum, an Average of 20 Pass Kilometers of Plowing Per Working Hour. The Ars or Delegate Shall Conduct a Final Inspect of All Work Within 48 Business Hours of Completion. Liquidated Damages Notwithstanding the Specification for Liquidated Damages, 130.5 Working Days Shall Be Defined as the Time to Complete a Work Request as Detailed Below and Shall Apply to Each Request for Work. A Liquidated Damage of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing That Has Not Been Completed Within 48 Hours Following Notification From the Contract Administrator. A Liquidated Damage of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Hourly Work That Has Not Been Commenced Within 24 Hours Following Notification From the Area Works Supervisor or Their Delegate.
