This procurement is for a Follow-On Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) to provide Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) facilities. The scope includes preparation of design-build request for proposals, fully designed plans and specifications, cost estimates, DD Form 1391s, site investigations, studies, surveys, shop drawing reviews, construction consultation and support, and other related A-E services. Projects may involve new construction, repair, and alteration of POL facilities such as fuel storage and distribution systems, pipelines, pump houses, piers, wharves, truck fill stands, rail off-loading facilities, and other related infrastructure. Work may also include environmental studies, permitting support, and sustainable design practices. The IDIQ contract will be for a base ordering period of sixty (60) months. Historically, the majority of the Individual Task Orders have ranged between $100,000 and $3,000,000.
