Site work for a civil project in West Point, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Relocation of existing pump skid, necessary piping, and appurtenances for carbon chemical feed system. Doc note: Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM - 4 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents on compact disk will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. Bidding Documents are available for purchase in the following formats: Format Cost Bidding Documents (including Full-Size Drawings) $100 Electronic Download of Bidding Documents in portable document format (PDF) from Timmons $0 QA date - 10-27-2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. All questions shall be submitted, in writing, to Matthew Miller, P.E. ñ Timmons Group at matthew.miller@timmons.com. All inquiries shall contain the following information: 1. Specifically state question and/or nature of any exception 2. State reference to specifications, plans, or other parts of contract documents 3. Provide contact information for the bidder asking the question 4. Date of inquiry Questions received less than seven calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
