Renovation of a water / sewer project in West Point, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this procurement is to obtain a qualified contractor to provide, deliver, and install the Giant Water Pump Model #P301 or equivalent, with a 25-gallon @ 4,000 PSI Capacity, onto a trailer mounted 1999 model year Pipe Hunter Jet Rodder. The pump is required for a Sewer Jetter application and must be compatible with 1/2" diameter 4,000 PSI pressure hose. Contractor shall supply, deliver, and install a Giant Water Pump Model #P301 onto a 1999 Pipe Hunter Trailer Mounted Jet Rodder in accordance with the requirements, specifications, line item details, terms, and conditions. EQUALS SHALL BE ACCEPTED. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision required Purchase & Install of Giant Water Pump for the Small Communities located at 310 Industrial Parkway, West Point, VA 23181 in accordance with the attached specifications. A pre-bid conference/inspection of job site is not a requirement for this Request for Quote. HRSD reserves the right to waive informalities. Informality is a minor defect or variation of a solicitation or proposal from the exact requirements of the request, which does not affect the price, quality, and quantity or delivery schedule for the goods, services or construction being procured. The Chief of Procurement's decision shall be final.
