Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in West Point, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Improvements to the Parham Landing WWTP's solids stream system including the construction of a new gravity thickening facility, renovation/retrofit of the existing aerobic digestor tanks/equipment, installation of new solids dewatering equipment, construction of a new solids disposal area and associated mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and instrumentation/control improvements to support the new systems. Neither the Owner nor the Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including any addenda, obtained from other sources. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Parham Landing WWTP Sludge Dewatering and Disposal Project /#24-1111 PU Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $10.7M. The Project has an expected duration of 457 days.
