Proposals must be submitted in two packages. One package should include the original, two copies, and one PDF copy on a USB drive of the technical proposal, labeled for the Purchasing Agent, City of Worcester, Asbestos & Lead Monitoring and Testing Services/WPS - Technical Proposal. A separate, sealed package must include the original copy of the cost proposal, labeled for the Purchasing Agent, City of Worcester, Asbestos & Lead Monitoring and Testing Services/WPS - Cost Proposal. No reference to pricing should be made in the technical proposal. Cost proposal pages are provided at the end of specifications. Proposals must be delivered by the specified deadline. Late submissions will be rejected. The City is not responsible for proposals not properly marked. Evaluation and cost proposals remain confidential until a contract is finalized.
