Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
This contract consists of the renovation of two (2) restrooms, replacement of exterior doors, and replacement of select interior finishes at the Rice Lake Senior Center Building located at 12 W. Humbird Street, Rice Lake, WI 54868. Bids must be submitted via QuestCDN.com. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond equal to at least 10 percent of the total bid, which shall be forfeited to the City of Rice Lake if the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds of 100 percent of the bid amount. Contractors may be requested to submit a Contractor's Qualification Statement. The City of Rice Lake reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for up to 30 days after the bid opening. No bids may be withdrawn for 30 days after the bid opening. The City of Rice Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the contract deemed most advantageous to the City. Question Deadline 10/13/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Architect in writing. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered.
