The Appian Village Residential Project involves the demolition of the vacant Doctors Medical Center Pinole Campus buildings and associated improvements, and the development of a new 154-unit multifamily residential community on a 7.38-acre site at 2151 Appian Way (APNs 401-240-017 and 401-240-018). The project was approved by the Pinole Planning Commission on April 11, 2022 (Resolution No. 22-01, Design Review DR21-06 and Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map VTSM 21-06) and is currently under construction.
