Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 11/07/2025 3:00 PM (PDT) Scope of Services The City of Sacramento (City), Department of Utilities (DOU) is requesting qualification statements from qualified consultants for the purpose of establishing an on-call prequalified list in the specialty areas outlined in Section 3. Scope of Services. Services are related to the City's water, wastewater, storm drain, electric and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)infrastructure. This prequalified list will be established to assist City staff with future DOU projects and could potentially be utilized by other departments to enter into separate agreements. It is anticipated that the city will utilize consultant services on projects where consultant fees are estimated from $1,000 to $250,000 range per project, and that multiple consultants from each specialty category may be chosen from the On-call list. Requests for Services will be made on a project-by-project basis. The City's intent is to rotate consultants; however, multiple proposals may be requested from several On-call Consultants for the same project and determination will be based on staff expertise in specific disciplines, availability of staff, and other related qualifications as determined by the City project manager. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
