The work includes the abatement and demolishing of the structure, pavement, etc. located at 11493 WI23 (Parcel 216.1402.0000) consisting of one (1) building structure. The structure shall be disconnected from all public utilities (electric and natural gas) and all private utilities (sanitary wastewater and water), and site restoration shall be completed. By submitting a bid for the project, the contractor certifies that he/she has inspected the Property and the work site and is familiar with all existing conditions. The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 60.47, 66.0901, and 779.15 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Work on this contract shall commence as soon as possible and within the time specified in the bid after receiving the notice of authorization to proceed, and the work shall be completed by no later than November 30, 2025. The Lafayette County dba Lafayette Hospital and Clinics reserves the right to rescind the award of any contract at any time before the execution of said contract by all parties without any liability against the Lafayette County dba Lafayette Hospital and Clinics.
