Renovation of a golf course in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
Improvements to George Wright Golf Course. There will be no informational pre-bid conference for this project. Work shall generally include tree removal and branch pruning, earthwork, shaping of golf features, renovation of sand bunkers, installation of drainage improvements, new irrigation, loaming, soil preparation, cart path installation and seeding and sodding of existing golf holes as part of the BASE BID. Alternate work includes earthwork, expansion of tee area, relocation of a cart path and addition of asphalt curb. All work is to be done at George Wright Golf Course in Hyde Park, MA. BASE BID work primarily involves cart path relocation at Hole 3, new tee construction at Hole 4, renovation of bunkers and restoration of rough at Hole 8, fairway grading, new irrigation and sodding at Hole 9 and shifting of tee and fairway and the addition of a bunker at Hole 16.
