Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of but not limited to: The work includes sidewalk, curb and ramp reconstruction, driveway entrance construction, lighting replacement and relocation, landscaping improvements, water & sewer connections and a storm water infiltration system. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the NUBA, LLC C/O BOSTON REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.
