(1) New Transit 350 HD Cargo Van with High Roof, Extended Length, All Wheel Drive, Dual Rear Wheel, Dual Alternator, Boston Drone Rig per Attached Specification or Approved Equal req 461835 New Transit 350 HD High Roof 148" Drone Equipment Vehicle The attention of all bidders is directed to the provisions of the Invitation For Bids and contract documents, specifically to the requirements for bid deposits, insurance and performance bonds as may be applicable. The supplies/services described above for the 1 year term of this contract is an actual amount of the supplies/services to be procured. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part or parts thereof, and to award a contract as the Official deems to be in the best interests of the City. This contract shall be subject to the availability of an appropriation therefore. If sufficient funds are not appropriated for the contract in any fiscal year, the Official shall cancel the contract. The maximum time for bid acceptance by the City after the opening of bids shall be ninety (90) days. The award of this contract shall be subject to the approval of the Mayor of Boston.
