The project consists of professional services for installing a single lane roundabout at the intersection of Trabue Road and Walcutt Drive, and a shared use path along the north side of Renner Road. Improvements include the addition of an eastbound right turn lane and replacement of the traffic signal at the intersection of Renner Road and Rentra Drive, sidewalk on the north side of Trabue Road, lighting improvements, and pavement resurfacing. Proposals are to be submitted electronically. Firms must meet the mandatory requirements specified. Evaluation criteria are: Location of Lead Offeror (10 points), Project Manager (20 points), Project Team (20 points), Past Performance (20 points), and Understanding of Project/Project Approach (30 points).
