Renovation of a medical facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 117,737-square-foot, four-story above grade medical facility.
East Central Health Restroom Renovations The scope of this project includes the interior alteration of thirteen restrooms throughout the existing east central health center building to provide finish upgrades and ADA accessibility as required. This interior alteration includes the installation of new ada-compliant floor-mounted water closets, toilet accessories, and toilet partitions. Plumbing access panels will also be provided, along with new flooring. Existing gypsum board walls and ceilings will be patched and repaired and receive new paint. The scope of work includesfinish upgrades, ADA accessibility as required and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technicalspecifications, and City of Columbus Construction and Material Specifications as set forth in this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
