Site work for a water / sewer project in Springfield, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the acquisition and installation of emergency bypass pumps at the City of Springfield's sanitary sewer pump stations SPR15, SPR26, and SPR27. Instructions to bidders: Submit bids electronically via Central Bidding or by sealed paper delivered to the City of Springfield. For bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award requirements, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. The City encourages participation from all segments of the business community, including small businesses, minority/women owned businesses, and disadvantaged business enterprises. Discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, disability, sex, or age in contract administration is not permitted. The City may not request documentation of or consider a vendor's social, political, or ideological interests when determining bidder responsibility.
