Site work for a development in Clinton, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
The work comprises the construction of four stair-step wetlands, associated control structures, riprap, field tile, and drainage swales for sediment erosion control. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked 'SEALED BID FOR DEWITT WETLAND PROJECT #PUR2025-08.' Specifications and proposal forms are available from the Purchasing Office on the first floor of the Civic Center. Contractors must meet minority participation goals: 10% of the contract by Minority Business Enterprises (if subcontracting or purchases are available) and 18% of total hours worked by minority workers. Evidence of meeting these goals or documentation of good faith effort must be provided prior to award and payment. The Council reserves the right to accept, renegotiate or reject any or all proposals, waive variances, and select the bidder that best serves the public interest.
