The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing and installing four water dispensers in Building 520 at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). This is a Sources Sought Notice issued under FAR 10.002(b)(2) for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Interested vendors are invited to submit a non-binding statement of interest along with documentation demonstrating their capability to fulfill the requirement. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price agreement under NAICS code 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors), with a size standard of $19 million. Responses must include company details, business size classification, compliance with VAAR 852.219-75 if applicable, commercial practices, GSA schedule information, manufacturer details, country of origin for products, and lead times. If the vendor is not the manufacturer, an Authorized Distributorship Letter must be provided.
