SCOPE OF WORK PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) is procuring construction service to upgrade and provide site improvements and utilities to the proposed Fisher House #3 and associated structures; which includes, upgrades to parking, way finding, regulatory signage, exterior lighting and landscaping at the Palo Alto Campus (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"). Project limits include work within and outside the San Francisco Public Utility Commission's (SFPUC) right of way. SITE VISIT A pre-proposal site visit for Project No. 640-24-106, Install Site Prep, Fisher House 3 is scheduled for October 22, 2025 at 09:00 AM PST. The meeting location is in the front lobby of the main hospital (Building 100) at 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA, 94304-1207.
