Renovation of an educational facility in The Dalles, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
The project scope consists of the removal and replacement of the existing exterior steel stair located on the west end of Building 3. The removal and replacement of the existing exterior stair located on the east end of Building 3 will be treated as an alternate. The new stairs will be constructed of aluminum and have open grates instead of filled concrete landings and treads. The proposal is to include all associated accessories, including but not limited to flashing, trim and closures, structural attachments, and permitting. Proposals will only be accepted from proposers who attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting. Proposals must comply with all prescribed public contracting procedures and be submitted before the deadline. All bids and prices shall remain firm for 30 days after the bid closing date. The College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, and postpone the award of the contract. The contract is subject to the Oregon Prevailing Wage Rate Law, and proposers must be licensed by the Construction Contractors Board of Oregon as required. Question Deadline 10/23/2025
