Sealed bid proposals will be received from pre-qualified subcontractors for work at the new Gadsden K8 School, Phase 2, Quincy, Florida. The scope of work includes the following trades: Building Demolition, Selective Demolition, Asbestos Abatement, Concrete (Building and Site), Masonry, Steel, Railings, Cabinets, Moisture Protection Systems, Metal Wall Panels, Roofing, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Overhead Doors, Glass, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Acoustical Ceilings, Gym Wood Flooring, Epoxy Flooring, Resilient and Carpet Flooring, Acoustical Wall Panels and Ceiling Clouds, Painting, Building and Site Accessories, Signage, Operable Partitions, Aluminum Canopies, Food Service Equipment, Gym Equipment, Window Shades, Gym Bleachers, Elevator, Fire Sprinkler System, Plumbing, HVAC (including Testing, Adjusting and Balancing, and Control System), Electrical, Communications Cabling System, Audio-Video Systems, Intercom System, Security Systems, Fire Alarm System, Site, Fencing, and Landscaping. Small Business Enterprise participation is strongly encouraged. Pre-qualification requirements: Subcontractors must be pre-qualified to submit bid proposals. Allstate Construction, Inc. reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any and all Bid Proposals
