Renovation of a medical facility in Quincy, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility.

The specific retrofit includes, but may not be limited to, replacement of all windows and doors and ATS protection as indicated in the ITB 26-05 documents for a wing of the Gadsden County Community Hospital to serve as a Hurricane Special Needs Shelter. Proposals must comply with all requirements stated in ITB 26-05 and its addenda. All bidders must ensure compliance with regulations concerning public entity crimes. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, reject any or all proposals, re-bid the project, and accept the proposal deemed lowest and best. Quantities may be increased or decreased as required at the unit price bid. MBE/WBE businesses are encouraged to participate.
