Major quantities for the work include: clearing and grubbing trees (1.5 acres); common excavation (8,000 cubic yards); storm water pond clay liner (1,200 cubic yards); rip rap (100 cubic yards); crushed aggregate base course (5,500 tons); granular subbase (1,500 cubic yards); asphalt pavement (850 tons); concrete curb and gutter (1,500 linear feet); turf establishment (2 acres); installation of 6- and 8-inch water main (850 linear feet); fire hydrants (2 each); 6- and 8-inch gate valve and box (4 each); 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer (750 linear feet); 6-inch sanitary sewer service (100 linear feet); sanitary sewer manhole with casting (3 each); 18- and 24-inch storm sewer (400 linear feet); 12- and 15-inch storm sewer (700 linear feet); 4- and 6-inch PVC drainage pipe (180 linear feet); storm sewer inlet with casting (4 each); storm sewer manhole with casting (4 each); storm sewer pond outlet structure with grate (2 each). For this project, bids will ONLY be received electronically.
