Site work for a water / sewer project in Cumberland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Prime Bidders need to go onto the QuestCDN website to become a plan holder, or their bids will not be valid. The project consists of directionally drilling two new watermain lines under Beaver Dam Lake. Bids are to be received for a single prime contract and must be submitted on a unit price basis, using the designated bid forms. All prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. No proposal will be accepted without a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid, payable to the Owner, as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award. Bidders must submit a Bidders Proof of Responsibility and will be required to provide performance and payment bonds of 100 percent of the bid amount. The project must comply with municipal and federal wage rate requirements, and attention is called to conditions of employment, minimum wage rates, and federal labor standards, including the Davis-Bacon Act and Build America, Buy America Act.
